This text describes exactly what we do with your information. It is short because we collect very little.
No trackers, no banner
This site sets no advertising cookies, uses no third-party analytics, and loads no external resources — even the typefaces are hosted by us. That is why you did not have to dismiss a consent banner on arrival.
The contact form
When you write to us, we record your name, your business name, your phone number, your email and your message. That information is used only to reply to you. It is never sold, shared, or used to send you anything other than our answer.
Technical data
To limit automated submissions we record a fingerprint of your IP address — a one-way calculation from which the original address cannot be recovered. We also keep the browser type used. No IP address is stored in the clear.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are kept for three years, the length of a normal commercial cycle, then deleted. Technical fingerprints are deleted after thirty days.
Hosting
All data is hosted in Switzerland, with Infomaniak Network SA in Geneva. It does not leave Swiss territory.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time what information we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. An email is enough, and we reply within thirty days. This page is written in accordance with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP).
